milancpm was entrusted to lead the critical storefront project management and construction coordination, bridging the gap between an ambitious international design vision and flawless local execution.
The result is a breathtaking, fluid architectural envelope that captivates incoming patrons and acts as an inviting prelude to the unparalleled luxury experience housed within.
The Challenge: Global Logistics & High-Precision Assembly
The primary challenge of this high-stakes commercial build lay in the execution of its highly specialised, multi-national supply and fabrication chain. The storefront’s complex facade required absolute structural precision, meticulous trade alignment, and tight scheduling constraints within an active, premier shopping centre.
Because the entire tailored facade assembly was manufactured under rigorous quality controls in Italy and shipped across the Atlantic, there was zero margin for error. MilanCPM+D managed the intense logistical sequence, local structural adaptations, and trade interfaces to ensure that every millimetre of the complex storefront aligned perfectly with the base building's structural footprint and stringent mall guidelines.

The SANAA Glass-Brick Facade:
milancpm coordinated the installation of a spectacular, fluid grid consisting of 32,000 hand-set glass bricks. Framed in sleek, polished aluminum panels, the facade evokes the concept of "diamonds in the rough," interacting dynamically with ambient light.
Italian-Engineered Envelopes
Manufactured entirely in Italy by the renowned architectural envelope specialists Tensoforma, the storefront components required specialised material handling and expert assembly sequencing to maintain structural integrity and a completely seamless, premium finish.
Precision Trade Integration
milancpm seamlessly managed local execution and site support while coordinating complex structural boundaries with interior general contractors, ensuring a harmonious transition from the brilliant glass-brick exterior to the ultra-exclusive, custom-tailored luxury showrooms inside.
